Who we are
OkayFolk is a product by Pytron. In these terms, "we" means Pytron. Contact: [email protected].
Name, logo and content
OkayFolk™, the OkayFolk logo, the design of this website and app, and the text on it are the property of Pytron. You may not copy them or use them in a way that suggests a link with us without our written permission.
OkayFolk is an independent product of Pytron. It is not connected with, endorsed by or part of any other app, company or service that has a similar name. Other names that appear anywhere belong to their owners.
What OkayFolk is
OkayFolk sends reminders and check-ins, alerts the people you choose, and shows emergency information you add to an OkayFolk Pass.
What OkayFolk is not
OkayFolk is not an emergency service and does not give medical advice. In an emergency, call your local emergency number. Messages can be delayed or fail because of phone networks, WhatsApp, email providers or the internet, so don't rely on OkayFolk as the only way to look after someone.
Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for the people you add: only add someone who agrees, and only send WhatsApp messages to people who agreed to receive them.
Plans and payment
See the refund and cancellation policy for how payments, cancelling and refunds work.
The free trial lasts 7 days. After that, reminders, check-ins, SOS and messages pause until you choose a paid plan; your data is kept and the Emergency Pass keeps working. Each payment covers the month or year you chose and does not renew by itself. You can stop at any time; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Fair use
Don't use OkayFolk to spam, harass or track anyone without their consent. We may close accounts that do.
